Your Job
Ensure the operational excellence of Sparteo’s internal IT environment by managing the daily support, tools, access, and technical documentation. Your mission: to keep our people efficient, secure, and well-equipped. To specify :
1. IT Support & User Assistance
- Handle Level 1 & 2 support tickets (incidents, access issues, tool malfunctions).
- Provide technical assistance across all SaaS tools used internally.
- Deliver responsive, high-quality support to ensure employee satisfaction.
2. Onboarding & Offboarding
- Set up hardware, accounts, and software for newcomers.
- Ensure a smooth departure process with proper revocation of access and device handling.
- Standardize and improve onboarding checklists and IT documentation.
3. IT & Application Fleet Management
- Track all IT assets: laptops, accessories, mobile devices.
- Administer user accounts, roles, and rights (SSO, role-based access, Google Workspace).
- Implement new tools (SaaS), configure and automate processes, and ensure system integration via APIs.
4. Security & Compliance
- Enforce IT security best practices (multi-factor authentication, encryption, backups).
- Monitor and deploy security updates.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards (GDPR, access governance, security audits).
5. Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to internal IT transformation and improvement projects.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose technical solutions.
- Drive automation initiatives to boost team efficiency.
Your profile for this job
- At least 2 years’ experience in IT support or IT operations, ideally in a scale-up/SaaS context.
- Expertise with Apple environments (Jamf, MDM), Google Workspace, ITSM tools (e.g. Jira, Freshservice).
- Comfortable with SaaS admin, security, and cross-tool automation (API, Zapier, etc.).
- Fluent in English (written & spoken).
- Known for being reliable, thorough, and service-oriented.
- Curious, hands-on, and driven to make things smoother through tech.
