Your Job
Your mission is to drive business outcomes by acquiring, developing, and managing strategic publisher partnerships in the UK. This involves collaborating across teams to deliver measurable results that align with Sparteo’s broader goals.

Driving Publisher Acquisition
- Strategically target UK web publishers: Focus on the small to medium publisher segment to secure long-term partnerships
- Build trust and close deals: Leverage Sparteo’s solutions to demonstrate how we boost media value.
Scaling Publisher Relationships for Impact
- Optimize performance: Collaborate with publishers to improve their monetization strategies through Sparteo’s innovative platforms (Actirise, Viously, etc.).
Creating Business Outcomes
- Achieve T3-level goals: Align publisher strategies with Sparteo’s overarching revenue and market penetration objectives.
- Lead collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (product, analytics, support) to ensure publishers see measurable results.
Market Expertise
- Stay informed: Keep abreast of UK-specific web publishing trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics.
- Be the voice of the market: Provide actionable insights to Sparteo’s leadership team.
