Your Job
The primary mission of the Sales Senior CTV role at Sparteo is to drive growth by identifying and onboarding clients who have Connected TV (CTV) applications and offering them Sparteo’s innovative monetization solutions. This involves building strategic partnerships with key players in the CTV app ecosystem and positioning Sparteo as a leader in CTV app monetization.

Business Opportunity Identification
- Identify app publishers or developers within the CTV space who can benefit from Sparteo's monetization solutions.
- Actively prospect CTV platforms and initiate discussions about the value of monetizing their apps with Sparteo’s offerings.
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong, long-term relationships with app publishers and CTV platform owners.
- Understand the business goals of these partners and provide tailored monetization strategies that align with their objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients maximize their app revenue through Sparteo’s solutions.
Market Positioning and Industry Influence
- Position Sparteo as a leading CTV app monetization provider by leveraging industry trends and best practices.
- Represent Sparteo at industry events, conferences, and meetings with potential app partners to increase visibility and influence.
- Monitor competitive trends and developments in the CTV app space to refine sales strategies and capitalize on new opportunities.
Collaboration and Leadership
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure the effective implementation of monetization strategies for clients.
- Provide insights and feedback to the product team to continuously improve Sparteo’s monetization solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and promote a high-performance culture within the CTV sales team.
Your profile for this job
- Proven experience in the CTV or app monetization space, with a strong record of identifying and securing high-value partners.
- In-depth understanding of the CTV app ecosystem, including monetization strategies, ad tech, and analytics.
- Strong network of relationships with CTV app developers or platform owners.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and consultative sales skills.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to align monetization strategies with client goals.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
