1. Design and User Experience

Concept Development:
- Develop design concepts and prototypes to solve user problems.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements and translate them into design solutions.
User Research:
- Conduct user research to gather insights and validate design concepts.
- Analyze user feedback and activity to iterate on designs.
Interface Design:
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our applications.
Visual Design:
- Ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency.
- Use a variety of design software to develop and execute visual design projects.

2. Collaboration and Communication

Cross-functional Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers.
Stakeholder Management:
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders into design revisions.
Documentation:
- Maintain and enhance the design system documentation for use across the company.
- Document design guidelines and ensure compliance across projects.
