Your Job
Your role will be to manage a portfolio of clients and serve as the primary point of contact for them. You will be responsible for strengthening client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.

- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and tailored client strategies.
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and its clients, addressing any issues and ensuring their resolution in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives to better align our services and support.
- Coordinate and lead client meetings and presentations to discuss service updates, operational changes, and to gather feedback on client needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure that client feedback is integrated into product development and marketing strategies.
- Oversee the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and a positive start to the relationship.
- Track and analyze client engagement and satisfaction metrics, using this data to improve client interactions and outcomes.
Your profile for this job
- Proven experience in customer success or account management, preferably within a SaaS or technology-focused company.
- Extensive experience in the Ad Tech industry, specifically with SSPs, DSPs, or monetization technologies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of writing clear, structured, articulate proposals and able to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- A strong sense of accountability and commitment to client success.
- Experience in working collaboratively across various departments to achieve business goals.
- Native-level proficiency in English, French is a plus.
