Your Job
Join our partnership team to play a crucial role in the company’s revenue growth in the different markets.
Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, analysis and optimisations. You will also lead development projects and support to partnership team in their day to day roles.We trust you to be our vigilant eyes and ears on the digital media and advertising market, to maximise the revenues of our innovative business.

Partnership & Business Development:
- Develop and maintain existing partnerships to grow the revenues
- Support the Partnership team in their day-to-day work including in client meetings, brief response and strategy to drive more revenues
- Report elements into the CRM to feedback optimisation, and area of development
Revenue monitoring:
- Analysis based vital KPI to understand anomalies
- Address those anomalies to solve the root cause of the problem with different team members
- Monthly KPI reporting for leadership team review to fuel our roadmap
- Contribute to the optimisation of the internal tools for troubleshooting
Support commercial projects:
- Response to briefs for international campaigns
- Elaborate marketing slides to value our product offering
- Document current processes
Contribution to Growth:
- Propose enhancements for streamlined processes.
- Lead projects for expanding the client base.
Your profile for this job
- You have 0.5-2 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or business analyst
- You are animated by business development
- You thrive in a dynamic SMB environment, adapting easily to constant changes. You can efficiently manage your time, juggling responsibilities between achieving sales targets and contributing to side projects that aid in business growth (such as process improvements and marketing support).
- Native-level proficiency in French, along with full proficiency in English (B2 level required).
